Adds up the three counters below.
Example service and example people. The readiness ring is an illustration that adds up the real counters shown on a service's Team, Tasks and Plan tabs; the product shows the counters, not a single score.
Every feature below is a screen in the product today. Each card names where to find it.

Rooted OS is for the team, not the offering. It does not collect, hold or process gifts, and it takes no cut. Your church keeps whichever giving arrangement it trusts, and the service plan simply shows "Response & giving" where it belongs in the morning.
No. Rooted OS is priced per church, not per person. Adding people to your teams never changes the bill.
Yes. A request shows the position, date and arrival time. The member accepts, or declines with an optional note to their leaders. Their My Schedule page lists upcoming commitments, open requests and past services.
No. Leaders can add a person by name alone. That person can be placed on a rota straight away. To respond to requests themselves, they join with an invitation link and create an account.
Three ways: add a person by name, share an invitation link that sets their access level, or import a whole list from a CSV file using the provided template. The invitation link shows the church name, the invited email and the offered role before anyone signs in.
Owners and admins see every team roster and assignment. Leaders and members see their own teams, plus any teams an admin links for crossover visibility. Service plans, tasks and position names are visible across the church. Direct messages stay between their participants.
No. Rooted OS does not collect, hold or process gifts. Your church keeps its own giving arrangement and its own payment provider. There is no markup and no platform fee on donations.
Yes. Download the CSV template, fill in first name, last name and optionally date of birth, email and position, then import the file. Only the name columns are required.
Rooted OS is a web app that works on a phone with a bottom navigation bar for Home, My Schedule, Messages and Schedule. You can add it to your home screen from Settings. It is not an app-store download.

Who we are. Rooted OS is operated by [operator legal name], [company or charity number], [registered address]. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect. Contact details you send us through this page (name, church, email, message); account details needed to run the service (name, email, password hash, role); and content your church adds (plans, rotas, availability, songs, messages, uploaded files). Each church is the controller for its members' data. Rooted OS acts as processor on the church's instructions.
Why we process it. To provide the service you asked for (contract); to keep it secure, prevent abuse and improve it (legitimate interests); and to reply to your enquiry (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by telling us).
Where and for how long. Hosting: [hosting region and provider — to be confirmed]. Enquiries are kept for 12 months. Account data is kept for the life of the account plus 30 days, then deleted or anonymised. Your church can ask for an export or deletion at any time.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Processors we use. Hosting and database ([to be confirmed]), transactional email ([to be confirmed]), subscription billing (Stripe), and optional live chat (tawk.to) which loads only if you accept cookies. Giving is never processed by Rooted OS.
This site stores one preference in your browser: whether you accepted or declined optional cookies. Live chat (tawk.to) loads only after you accept, and sets its own cookies. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics unless you accept.
